Meet talented Executive Chef Bryan Podgorski

Bryan Podgorski comes to us from Tanzy, an Italian restaurant in LA’s Westwood, though his resume leading him to our kitchen spans decades of impressive work. Having begun his culinary career by making pasta at a small restaurant in Northern California, Podgorski then graduated from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Las Vegas, where he also worked with Michael Mina. He trained under Thomas Keller at the French Laundry in Napa Valley before returning to Vegas to work as the chef de cuisine at Bouchon Bistro Las Vegas for nearly a decade. In 2013, he returned to Southern California to open Tavern on the Coast and to work as corporate executive chef of iPic Entertainment. We’re thrilled to now have him at the helm of our kitchen (as well as the kitchen of Double Take at Palomar Beverly Hills), putting creative twists on seasonal Italian dishes that show off the region’s best bounty.
